While in Reno we had some fun shooting off Estes rockets. The boys of the family especially enjoyed it. We just walked down around the corner to this field. There was plenty of tinkering to be done.
Plenty of cameras.
And plenty of launches.

And because it was SO fun, they even bought a new rocket and Zach and Grandad worked on it together.
Concentration.
There was even a little stomp rocket Austin could use.
So, you see, there really were a lot of rockets. What fun!
And no trip to Reno is complete without Zach doing some serious cleaning up with the shop vac. He loves that thing!

The spray-painting pictures are hilarious! For some reason the spraying paint looks really neat to me in a picture. It strikes me as the sort of thing that wouldn't show up in a photo. I don't know why. Good timing on the rocket blast photos too. I would say it forces you to show versatility in your photography, but maybe you're accostomed to little things blasting off at unexpected moments with your two little guys.
