A few recent pictures just to catch up. Since we haven't done anything too out of the ordinary, these are just some everyday things.
One day at the mall there happened to be a balloon man (as part of a promotion...) making balloons for kids for free. Zach requested a dog and received this huge Goofy. He was thrilled.
It's getting really difficult to get Zach to look at the camera these days, let alone smile at the camera. I was going to post a picture of him looking how he looks in lots of pictures these days, but maybe I won't be so cruel. This time. I was so happy to catch this good smile!
Zach and Cal made a snowman after the last storm. I was too slow getting my camera out. It was a warm day and the rock eyes and mouth had already fallen out.

Our little pirate. He is pirate obsessed. He has to have his "pirate hat" on and uses the vacuum extensions as a "pirate scope." He runs around the house squinting (trying to wink) and yelling "ARRRGH!" I think it all began with some pirate wrapping paper and a card he received for his birthday from our neighbor. He loved it, so Cal put in Swiss Family Robinson and he was hooked. What a funny movie for a 2 year old to like (we FF through the "scary parts"). The bad part about the pirate scopes is they get a little wild and I have to hide them.
