moments

Just some everyday moments from recently.

 Zach has been into hunting bugs lately.  He and Papa have been taking pictures and posting them on a website called project noah.  He is excited about it and always wanting me to take bug pictures.

We had such late snow this year.  This was in May!  At least now we are done with the snow!

These moments are slipping by so quickly...

In April I took some pictures of the boys.  I realized it had been a long time since I had tried to get a good picture of them together.  I was skeptical when we set out to do it- it was a bit windy and the boys were not in the most cooperative moods- but I was thrilled with the results!  Here are some of my favorites:

 

I was trying to have Zach put one foot up on the wall behind him.  This was the result.  So funny!

I feel like Zach looks so big in these.  Is he really this old?

 

Blanket forts

The boys go through phases where they become obsessed with blanket forts.  It seems I turn my attention from them for just a moment, and the next thing I know all blankets and pillows in the house are out.  At least they usually work really well together on it and have fun!

Museum

I thought I had more pictures of our fun wedding weekend with friends and family, but I guess I only have a couple from my phone.  (that's a first, right?)  We went to the Denver Museum of Nature and Science and had a great time.  The kids' Discovery Zone and the dinosaur exhibit were particularly fun.

These pictures are kind of funny.  Zach and Emma are cute, but see Oz on the right?

Peter & Rachel's Wedding

April 13th Cal's brother Peter married wonderful Rachel!  We were so happy to be there and so happy for them!  The wedding was simple and beautiful.  They were married in the Denver LDS Temple, and had a reception at Heritage Square.

 

I know this is a lot of pictures, but I'm too lazy to spread it out.  :)

Rosie, I had to include this one because I thought it was so funny that we took the exact same picture!

Clare was adorable and we had so much fun getting to play with her!

The boys were super good with Clare and loved to hold her hand and walk her around.

and cousins.  So fun to spend time with everyone! 

Oz and Clare tried to dance, but fell down.  It was so cute.

The kids had SO much fun together!  Zach and Emma were immediate friends, just like every time they have gotten together.

 The boys had to ride the carousel.
