The other day Zach and I decided to take advantage of the nice spring weather (in between the snowstorms we've been getting) and had a little picnic in the backyard. The snacks were good, but I think he was a little more interested in playing.
You know, things like "Bug Fishing."
Special Rock Finding.
Sandbox Digging.
Ball Kicking and Spontaneous Dancing.
Stick, um, Sticking?
And of course, pretending a stick is a pirate scope and
ARGHing.
Oh, I love having a backyard. Now if only this snow would melt.

What a great series. Zach looks like he's gotten a lot taller. Must be nice to give him some run-around space in the back yard without having to run around after him, especially since he must be getting pretty fast.
Gotta love the outdoors! Aren't the moments that hint of summer coming just wonderful :) I love these pictures. Ah, a day in the life of Zach...or should that be "Argh, a day in the life..."
Zach is such a fun boy. And luckily he has such a fun mommy. Ready to be in labor yet?
